Well, we've successfully made it up, down, and back up again on what has been a rollercoaster start to March in Colorado. Monday's highs were in the 70s, followed by snow and overnight lows in the teens Tuesday, only to see 60s again today.
The weekend is quickly approaching, and if that to you means another cold front -- you would be correct! That said, this one looks far weaker than the previous few fronts, so while we are tracking the chance for rain and snow showers Saturday afternoon and evening, impacts (at this point) look minimal.
Highs Friday will be above average again, before cooler air arrives Saturday. For Saturday's highs we'll chop about 10 degrees off what we expect for Friday, with cooler air arriving during the afternoon and evening hours with that chance for rain and snow.
Just as it goes this time of year, we rebound nicely by Sunday with highs back near 60 under mostly Sunny skies. Spoiler alert, we'll be even warmer Monday!
We'll continue to monitor Saturday's system, and offer updates as needed over the next 24 to 36 hours.
